The Internet needs to be reset by me 3-5 times daily as the connection drops
Current speed 5 MPS
promised 65+ MPS
nobody calls or e-emails back other the billing which is always on time
SO IN A SHORT VERSION, THEY DONT CARE THEY ONLY WANT TO COLLECT THE $$$$$$$$

I just put Agl internet on in a new residence and the Agl DNS servers are crap and browsing speed is unbearably slow. Not sure if it’s how the nbn router Agl sent is configured as the router password that’s on the back doesn’t work to access the admin. As soon as I added the google DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to my pc/Mac/phones/tablets then the internet speeds up from dial up type speeds to what nbn should be.
I'm not confident the issue is AGL's fault. The 20 minute wait time is a reasonable point to be dissatisfied about, though. I assume AGL aims to answer 60%+ of calls within 60s unless you're calling a sales channel.
