Questions and discussion about AGL's Internet plans and your AGL Internet account
I have tried the live chat multiple times but they’re useless have no clue what I am talking about.
NBN are doing a free speed upgrade to people on the 100 download speed plans and above. Maybe providers have already emailed, created a web page, and even started rolling out the free upgrade to their customers already but AGL seem to have no idea about it.
Please give me an update asap this is ridiculous no one knows about it yet all other providers do.

Regarding the NBN speed upgrade, we understand how important this is, and I completely get why you’d expect clear communication on it. At this stage, we haven’t received official confirmation from NBN Co about when or how the upgrade will be applied for AGL customers, but we’re actively monitoring for updates.

From 15 September, qualifying nbn® plans will get a major speed boost – at no extra cost. To find out more about the NBN Upgrades and rollout, you can visit this page which has all the details.

I have not seen the 500mbps i was promised.
I have contacted AGL today and the first call i was cut off and the second call the tech know what he was doing ended up stuffing up my router which i had to reset back to its original settings. So i am back to 100/50.
I reset the NBN box and Router but still only the old speed.
