I have tried the live chat multiple times but they’re useless have no clue what I am talking about. NBN are doing a free speed upgrade to people on the 100 download speed plans and above. Maybe providers have already emailed, created a web page, and even started rolling out the free upgrade to their customers already but AGL seem to have no idea about it. Please give me an update asap this is ridiculous no one knows about it yet all other providers do.
