I have not seen the 500mbps i was promised.I have contacted AGL today and the first call i was cut off and the second call the tech know what he was doing ended up stuffing up my router which i had to reset back to its original settings. So i am back to 100/50. I reset the NBN box and Router but still only the old speed.
