Unresolved gas bill concern

Hi AGL Team.

My.concern on my very high gas bill hasn't been resolved yet. Not receiving any updates from you, it has been a month since it has been raised several times on different agl platforms.

Could you please really take a look into it and stop ignoring our concerns.

Unless the username starts with AGL_  the person responding is not an AGL employee.

Hi Ann, that sounds really frustrating, especially with such a high bill and no updates for so long. You’re definitely not alone — a few others have mentioned similar delays recently.
Hopefully the AGL team can pick this up here and provide a clear update or next steps soon. It would really help to at least get a timeline or reference number for follow-up.
