Hi. Could you please look into my gas bill. It was the 2nd time I was billed high amount. The last billing cycle, you have included those previous paid bills.Now, my bill went up to 888aud!My bills during the peak of winter were only 204/217 aud.We dont use heater, i barely cook. Had a text discussion with your customer service last week but he blocked me out of the discussion when he ran out of answer and my billing hasn't been resolved til now.Could you please look into it?Looking forward for ...
