Combining Energy and Internet plan detail into the one account

I have had a Energy Plan with AGL for a umber of years and have just started an Internet Plan with AGL.

I cannot find out how to combine the two plans into the one on-line account.

Both plans have the same details - email, physical address and account name.

Hey @Harryf99, 

You can bundle your internet with other things like your phone or your energy.  The best way to do that is by using our AGL Assistant.

I went to the AGL Assistant yesterday and they tell me they will be back to me within 3 days so we will see how we go.

The AGL Assistant told someone would be back to me in 3 business days.

It is now the 5th business day with no reply.
