Hi, I signed up to AGL on the 29/6/24. There was a Velocity bonus points offer if I signed-up before the 30/6/24 where I would receive 20K points for electricity and 10K for Gas. However, I've only been credited 10K for electricity and 5K for Gas?!

I have had a similar issue. I signed up during a promotion which offered 20,000 points for switching to electricity plan with AGL. I have only been awarded 10,000 velocity points into my account.

Hi 

I signed up under the offer that gave 20000 Velocity Points with electricity. I have now paid by first bill and have not received the points. Please can you let me know when I will receive them.

Sign-up Velocity Points may take up to 45 days from connection to appear in your Velocity account. Anniversary bonus Velocity Points will appear up to 15 days after your 12-month plan period is complete. If you're eligible and Velocity Points don’t appear in your account, please contact us via the AGL Assistant.
