I was wanting to do this online chat, but website say 'offline'.

 

This has come up on a few topics in recent months . . .

 

There is a bit of discrepancy still on bills and (web) app payable amounts for accounts at times, no doubt exasperated by rebates and timings of these being applied.

My home account seems ok, although timings of rebates and applications to the bills are sometimes out, it's not a major inconvenience.

 

My workshop bill seem to have several 'adjustments' of a $0 amount, and the latest is not easy to follow.

 

The bill amount is $69.42 payable.

The app overview says $38.08 payable.

This seems to be after 2 govco biz rebates have been applied.

 

There is a credit adjustment also for $31.34, which does match up with the figures above, just don't have any details for what this credit could possibly be for.

 

The time to pay on this is also very unusually long, bill sent about 21st Nov, and a due date of Jan 2nd ?

Usually it would be about 2 weeks, so not sure if AGL just give more time over the season.

 

If an AGL rep can give me a PM, I'll reply with account number etc for a quick look.

No urgency, just wanted to check into it before silly season.
