If your tenants would like the ability to monitor their usage you still might be eligible to receive a free Powerpal, this will work in a similar way to the AGL app or My Account and will show your tenants how their household uses energy. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. When we submit a request to your distributor to have the service disconnected the electricity supply will get disconnected, however, only a final meter read is taken for the gas. The handle goes get turned off, however, the supply remains on. I hope this helps! Kind Regards, Natalie
