We are unsure why the payment would have reflected that it originated from up Singapore, as our billing process does not run through Singapore and there have been no recent changes to our billing system. Re: $75 rebate not applied to JULY 2024 account

Hi @judithewart, Thank you for reaching out. The rebate will be applied to your account in 4 instalments of $75.00 post the eligibility dates. We’re working with the Australian Energy Regulator to finalise dates and will look to share with you as soon as these are confirmed. To check we’ve applied your bill relief payment, look in the ‘Understand your bill’ section of your bill, it will appear under ‘Previous balance and payments’. You can add another property to your AGL account online through the AGL MyAccount or the AGL App. If you already have the property with AGL, but under a different account number, they can be merged, provided the name and date of birth is the same on both accounts.
