I recently had a smart meter installed and the “usage” in the app was accurate in regards to usage & solar feed back to the grid. However the app suddenly changed & the figures in the app are no longer accurate and not showing my solar feed. Wanting to know how this can be fixed?
I'm having the same issue, since 13 Dec, it became incorrect. I called AGL, they asked me to wait until the billing cycle ends, which doesn't make sense.
