We all know the chargers are almost here: https://www.abc.net.au/news/science/2022-02-14/electric-vehicle-first-ev-chargers-v2g-v2h-to-arrive-...
But we haven't heard from an AGL representative on this forum for a long time.
@liam1where are you? @David_AGL can you perhaps give us an update on this AGL program?

Hi @MikeP - as a retailer AGL doesn't have much of a say on what you install in your own home, so if you can get your hands on one through JetCharge its more of a discussion to have between your electrician and local distribution network.
If you do end up getting one installed for V2H we'd love to hear about your experience with it in here!
Sad news, Quasar 1 production suspended. Quasar 2 first release projected to be end of year. No confirmed Australian approval for V2H/V2G other than SA.
Hi all,
so this was reported on TV last night as being a confirmed trial?
who’s the lead on this now?
how do we register our intrest.
the news article stated that AGl has Partnered with Kia, Hyundai, Zeekr and BYD
have just spoken to Reps on the phone and no one knew anything about it.
I eventually found out that this project sits with the Energy solutions team.
apparently a web form will be available in the next few days.
“Any” additional info to all the dedicated people here who have been invested for so long would be appreciated.
Hi @Zeekr7x - wow this thread is a bit of a trip down memory lane from when I was working on the old smart charging trial!
Here is a link to the page for the new trial where you can find out more info and send an expression of interest!
