Night Saver EV Plan

I am struggling to find out more information around the Night Saver EV Plan.

Does anyone know if there are any Solar Feed in Tariff's with this plan if you already have Solar connected to your house and won't be around to use it during the day? Also can someone confirm when the Peak / Off Peak times may be. Thanks

For EV saver plan, do I need to have "an electric vehicle at the supply address that is registered in the name of a business to which you or a member of your household have an association"? i.e. can a private EV owner use this plan?

"Our Night Saver EV plan is only available to customers who drive an EV. You’ll be considered an EV driver if you or a member of your household owns an EV, has an AGL EV subscription, or has an EV registered in the name of a business to which you or a member of your household have an association.
