Thanks for replying Lester. I called them today and they are aware of the issue as it is not just me - so will be reversing charges when they get it sorted.
I have just noticed that I’m not being charged the correct rate overnight - we now have 2 EVs both charging between midnight and 6 am. Also, solar feed in tariff has gone down to 2 cents per kilowatt hour. Has anyone else noticed this?
