AGL app not showing FIT

Hi team,

I can see my usage (what I bought) on the app and website but since July 2nd, I am seeing "--/kwh" for my feed in tariffs even though in the hourly section I can see my exports are being recognised. Can AGL please confirm that my feed in tariffs are coming through? I'm worried my usage and FIT amounts are not updating correctly. Thank you for your post and I can understand the concern for wanting to make sure your Solar is being registered.

Chris you have multiple user now reporting the same thing so obviously your backend system has crapped itself and needs fixing

It's ok, Telstra, sorry, AGL... the only reason I remain with your guys at the moment is 'cause I am waiting for the dust to settle from the new changes since July 1st and see if there are better deals out there, which I am sure there will be, and I am sure there are a lot of other customers doing the same thing... 

 

Sh*t customer service doesn't keep customers; it makes them walk away.  Actions, not words, will improve that ... we are now 10 days in with this issue, stop the BS and just get it fixed !!!!
