my question:  how do i know i am entered in the draw?  no indication

Hi @scruffy1 

If you are already an existing customer, you'll need to 'add a service', if you already have electricity you'll need to add gas or even one of our mobile or internet plans. 

You get an extra entry for downloading the app once a new service is added.  You can view the information on our electric vehicle giveaway on our website.

already do direct debit, have aldi mobile at unbeatable price per year and optus nbn - so so, but your nominated provider gets even worse reviews, so i guess it's stick with my honda 125 😞

it was my android non-phone (thanks to 5g volte certification not met, despite ability); my pixel 4a (non5g) is fine
