Hi @SandyH We are aware of a technical issue affecting some users. Our technical teams are working closely with meter data providers to resolve it as quickly as possible. While this issue does impact certain users, you may not be affected. However, due to the nature of our outage messaging system and the complexity of the issue, you will still see this message on both My Account and the AGL Mobile App. Thanks, Brendan
