Hi all,
Recently transferred our elec (we have solar and battery already) plus nat gas to AGL from another retailer. The elec got connected a few days ago but is still showing what appears to be estimated readings in the app and online for some reason (eg. the estimated grid consumption for 29 April reads 10.8 Kwh on AGL app however the actual grid consumption was only 0.26kwh! The solar feed in is also estimated it appears and is much lower than it should be). Is there a lag or something for newly connected services to update with correct actual data?

It might show estimated for the previous day to give you a rough idea while, as the data is sent to us at the end of each day. Because of this and wanting to make sure you get the accurate information it will show estimated, the actual data is updated every 1-3 business days.
So, for the 29th if it's not showing today, will likely show on Monday. If for some reason it isn't, please let me know and I'll then send you a Private Message so I can look further into this for you.
