Hi 

Without my concern AGL disconnected my electricity and gas connection and debited the final bill . I didn’t requested for a disconnection yet .

If you haven't organised to move out of the property, it could be an instance where another person has said they have moved in, providing the wrong address, which has automatically moved you out.
