AGL App

Hi not sure if anyone else has had issues with energy app, but recently joined agl and for the first month the app read how much solar was being created and how much electricity we were getting from grid, but the last eight weeks it hasn’t updated; I’ve tried numerous times trying to get help from agl but no success; any advice would be appreciated

The main A/C Balance feature on the Home Screen of the iPhone app is no longer in sync with my actual a/c balance. It is also affecting the widget. Hi Team, My AGL app isn’t showing my electricity service. I’ve logged out and back in, I’ve checked for updates and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 
Is this a known issue?Is there a way to fix it or see my service online.thanks.

Can someone please tell me if AGL gas App has the feature where you input your current gas meter read numbers (at any time during the billing period) and it will then give you an instant cost-to-date price please?
