Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
I am unable to activate the BP fuel offer. I get into the account, I get as far as ACTIVATE OFFER, then I get "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
This has happened on my phone as well as home PC.
I rang customer support and spoke to 2 separate people. Some changes were made so my husband's name is on the account but I still can't access the offer. It was suggested I try from a different browser. It didn't work. The last suggestion was that I try from a completely different PC. I was assured it would work.
I tried from the PC at work today and I still get "Something went wrong". I don't know how to fix it.

No replies there from AGL though.
