@Pseudo68 a good way to track the request would be to click the "..." or options menu on this Idea, and click subscribe. You'll get email updates when the status changes or someone posts a comment.
As a former customer (and employee) of EnergyAustralia, I was used to being able to pay my gas bill online by transferring over credit from my electricity account. If AGL don’t allow this capability very soon, I’ll go back to EA.
Hi @Ukdanny1. Thanks for the feedback. My understanding is that this feature is already being investigated, but there's no current timeframe for delivery. In the meantime, you can actually request a balance transfer by messaging us from your My Account page. Just visit https://myaccount.agl.com.au/overview and click "Message Us".
I would like to see a payment method on the app for credit transfer from one account to another, when both accounts are linked. For example, my electricity is in credit, and my linked gas account is in debit. It would be nice to have the ability to transfer the available credit to pay the debit account.
