I received an email advising that the gas charges would increase on 1/8/25I have tried to investigate changing to another (possibly cheaper) plan but no alternatives available using the ‘compare plans’ feature in my account.The new charges are ridiculous (once again….) Also, the ‘free 3hrs 10am-3pm’ are probably useless to those of us who work.廊I am out of the house from 6am to 4pm at least three days per week. And on other days am not home from 10.15 until approximately 12.30-13.00.

I sent AGL a meter reading (electric) on 9/2/25I received a bill and paid more than half the amount on 14/2 Then on 15/2 a contractor from ‘Skilltech’ tried to read my meter AGAIN as my address was on his ‘list’ - he could not do so, as I had covered the meter with a note stating that I had read the meter and received a bill. I did receive another bill for THREE days useage. I receive quarterly bills, and that suits me. My gripe is that my reading should NOT have created a bill, but the message was that the reading was accepted. Don’t accept it if you are only going to create another one two days later!!!Sent from my iPhone

After receiving a text on 4/2/25 from AGL reminding me that my gas meter was due to be read, and that I could enter a reading, I duly sent one via ‘my account’Awoke on 5/2 to a bill for this billing cycle. Well, now I’m going to be billed for two days (5th and 6th Feb) so that my billing cycle ‘re-sets’ . What is the point of sending in a reading, that is accepted and a bill created, only to get another bill two days later (for a minimal amount but still so ridiculous!!)
