I strongly believe some of the terminology used to describe electricity usage rates needs to be improved - to help households better understand their bill. My key issues as follows:1. "T11 General Usage" is described as "Tariff 11 - Residential all usage". What exactly does this mean? Very confusing when the next item on the same bill is "General Usage" (with no definition provided) - which is charged at a different rate! Again, what does this mean?? 2. Hi, can anyone clearly explain to me the technical difference between "T11 General Usage" and "General Usage" for domestic electricity supply by AGL in Queensland. I have recently been changed from only GU to now having a mix of GU and T11 GU - which both have hefty increased rates, coupled with an additional daily supply charge. Seems a bit of a stretch to call this a simple 'rate increase' ...Any assistance appreciated.

Can someone explain to me why the proposed new Tariff rates (Qld) effective 1 July 2023 lists T33 controlled load rate (32.351 cents per KWh) being MORE EXPENSIVE than the General Usage rate (32.010 cents per KWh)? This seems at odds with the distributors (Energex) recommendations.
