Definition of T11 General Usage vs General Usage

Hi, can anyone clearly explain to me the technical difference between "T11 General Usage" and "General Usage" for domestic electricity supply by AGL in Queensland. I have recently been changed from only GU to now having a mix of GU and T11 GU - which both have hefty increased rates, coupled with an additional daily supply charge.  Seems a bit of a stretch to call this a simple 'rate increase' ...
