Tesla powerwall 2 says connected to AGL’s VPP despite never signing up

As per title. PW2 has locked out features such as disabling grid charging as a result of being connected to a VPP. I never signed up for the VPP and can’t find any mention of it in my plan or account settings. Any ideas on how to turn it off?

Me too. They've been draining my PowerWall as the sun goes down for the last couple of days
