VPP unauthorised access

Apparently I've been added to AGL's VPP without my consent.

Additionally AGL has started to withdraw power from my PowerWall

Can't call them - on hold for 2 hours

Can't chat - waiting for team member for 1 hour

Joined AGL 2 weeks ago so this is really excellent introduction
