Hi. I signed up to the AGL Battery Rewards plan on 9/12/2025 and have just received my first rewards card. The terms of the plan says the "billing quarter starts on the date you join the Energy Plan". So was my export calculated over the period 9/12/2025-8/3/2026 and three months after that (ending 8/6/2026, 8/9/2026,...)?
Hi @Hobbo
Your first Battery Rewards billing period runs from the date you joined the energy plan (9 December 2025) through to the final bill issued in your first billing quarter. Your exports for that period are what your first rewards card was based on.
After that first payment, Battery Rewards credits are applied automatically on your normal quarterly bill cycles going forward.
You can check the exact start and end dates of your billing period on your bill or bill email - they’re shown in the top‑right corner under "Billing Start Period" and "Billing End Period".
