Your Optus router can be used for the internet, but we would be unable to add a home phone service to it, you would have to get one of our routers .

If you have a modem already than you shouldn't need to get another modem, you can make sure the modem is compatible with us on our website.
In regard to the Netflix package, you will need to ask our AGL Energy team as they will have the information in regard to that.
