HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

If you’re thinking about getting AGL internet, DO NOT!! The product itself is horrible. I have everything bundled with AGL, gas, electricity, phone and also NBN. I am meant to be on the best plan and it’s absolutely rubbish. AGL should just stick to gas and electricity instead of venturing into phone and internet. The phone itself is disgusting, phone calls drop out, reception drops out. Now my wife and I are trying to work from home and the internet does not work. I was told to delete the profile from the Eero app, which I did, now I can’t connect to the modem. I keep getting told to reset the hardware etc, it’s like it’s on repeat. Now we have no internet and while our work just piles up. 

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PRODUCT! Please please AVOID this product at all cost!

I am really sorry to hear that you work from home and that the reason you can't work is our internet. 
We do ask if you can delete the profile of the eero app but then we also guide you and step you through the way to connect to it again. I can understand why this is a frustrating experience, everything relies on the internet now, and it's not as if you can work without the internet. While I understand this is an issue you are facing with us, we can look into this further for you. 
If the Eero has no light, it means it doesn't have any power. 
A flashing white light means the Eero software is starting up and is trying to connect to the internet.
Flashing blue means trying to connect to the app
Solid blue is the eero is connected to the app and starting up 
Flashing green will appear when multiple errors are detected during the setup 
Flashing yellow means a soft reset is in progress
Solid white, the eero is connected to the internet.
Solid red means Eero is connected to the app but there is no internet. 
Flashing red means a hard reset is in progress.

Are you able to tell me what light is on the Eero currently?

Thanks for letting me know what I already know. I’ve already explained this to one of your agents and I get a repeated response of what to do which has not worked yet I still get told to follow those steps. All I asked for was a static IP and now my internet doesn’t even work at all. Unbelievable service, asked for a 1 thing and it’s cause a major issue.

***ATTENTION***
For those seeking AGL internet and mobile, I would avoid. I’ve had no service for almost 3 days, nothing has been done. No technician has been sent out. A simple static IP address was asked which takes 5 minutes has now gone to no service in 3 days. My wife and I usually work from home but not my wife has had to take herself into the office. Keeping in mind she is pregnant. On the phone today again for hours and still no resolution. What a joke of a product and service. Please if you’re reading this, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
