***ATTENTION***For those seeking AGL internet and mobile, I would avoid. I’ve had no service for almost 3 days, nothing has been done. No technician has been sent out. A simple static IP address was asked which takes 5 minutes has now gone to no service in 3 days. My wife and I usually work from home but not my wife has had to take herself into the office. Thanks for letting me know what I already know. I’ve already explained this to one of your agents and I get a repeated response of what to do which has not worked yet I still get told to follow those steps. All I asked for was a static IP and now my internet doesn’t even work at all. Unbelievable service, asked for a 1 thing and it’s cause a major issue.

If you’re thinking about getting AGL internet, DO NOT!! The product itself is horrible. I have everything bundled with AGL, gas, electricity, phone and also NBN. I am meant to be on the best plan and it’s absolutely rubbish. AGL should just stick to gas and electricity instead of venturing into phone and internet.
