No nbn box at the property

There is only a coaxial male outlet labelled nbn  at the property no nbn box or whatsoever.I received the ethernet eero modem yesterday but how to do the convertion from coaxial to ethernet

It is needed for you to have the NBN box at the property, would it be possible to jump onto our live chat platform and we can get NBN to send out a new NBN box for you, otherwise please feel free to call us on 131 245 and speak with the technical support team and we will be able to assist further in getting the NBN box out for you.
