Hi I have changed to AGL Mobile. I have activated SIM and placed it in my phone. I am now being asked for a 16 digit network unlock code. Can you please help

Hi @agnes . Activation usually happens within the hour, but can take a couple of days. Did you manage to get this resolved and complete setup okay?

Hi Agnes,

When your device asks for a network unlock code with a new sim, it typically means that your handset is locked to your previous provider. If this is the case, you are best to reach out and request the unlock code from the provider you purchased the handset from.
