Hi there,
The readings of AGL Kw consumed in my house are double than the actual kw consumed as per my solar reader.
I reported this weeks ago and send prove of readings from the first qtr bill were i was charged over double.
I was told that the fact will be investigated and I would have an answer within 10 days , this was a month ago.
This is frustrating and disappointing as you show no issues with taking payments from the clients accounts without investigating your errors.
If would appreciate an immediate call to discuss further.

Is there any resolution here....
As at today there has not been any resolution,
No one has contacted me to talk about the matter.
My next account is already showing a $700 bill for two months in a household of 2 people that we are hardly there.
I will be lodging an official complain to ACCC if this is not resolved asap.

You should see Notifications and there should be a message there for you.
