Re: Hi, bill is 3 months or 6 months

Hi @Sdubefx - that sounds like an error in our billing system! I'm sorry to hear your billing was interrupted, and I'm aware this is an old post, but I noticed it didn't have a response yet. AGL only bills on a monthly or quarterly basis, so if this has happened, it is something we should look into for you. If you are still an AGL customer, please respond to the private message I'm going to send you with some more details. Kind regards,Xander

Re: 2024 Government Rebate Refund

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for reaching out. It's not our policy to withhold refunds or rebates from our customers. In the case of solar, you can request your credit balance to be refunded at any time, or to have it periodically refunded on a quarterly or annual basis, in the case of a government rebate that puts you into credit, you just need to get in touch with us to request the one time refund, or can leave it to accrue like the solar balance. Cheers, Xander

Re: Nmi number on an overdue bill.. where is it?

Hi @Kat23 - thank you for your question. On an overdue notice, you won't see your NMI listed, but on your original invoice, in the billing and metering section, you should see your NMI clearly displayed. You can download a PDF copy of your bill by using the App or AGL MyAccount. Kind regards,Xander
