Hi all!
I’ve seen this question asked on here a few times.
I bought a property last year and had my gas connection established around December 2023. To this day, the app is still showing “Gas connection in progress”.
Just wondering whether this is just an error or what can be done to get this resolved. I can’t view usage or any bills as well.

Hi there,
This can happen due to a variety of reasons.
It could be something as simple as resetting your online account to fix the issue, all the way down to the initial meter read failing and the account won't open at all.
