Why do i consistently have an issue uploading my meter reading.

Can someone help me, i am beyond frustrated. When i enter my meter reading the AGL web site tells me it isn't correct, I know it is.

The last time I finally got to a person they said it was to low, so they charged me the price for an average house in my suburb. That is significantly more than my daughter and I in an apartment.

My bill is crazy big, what can I do?

If you have discussed the matter and tried to resolve the problem with AGL and they have not resolved it. Then you can leave a message with the energy and water ombudsman and they will handle the situation and get you a resolution.
