I moved into a new property in Sept 2018. The gas was connected but we have never received a bill and our online account says that our connection is in progress. I like to pay as I go but can’t do that because according to AGL our gas isn’t even connected. I’m just worried I’m going to get slammed with a massive bill once it is formerly ‘connected’ on AGL’s end..
