Hi, I recently stopped getting usage updates on my agl app. Upon looking at the electrical box it looks like the antenna cable has been cut off. Has this happened to anyone or know why?
I did get an email last month but then got a follow up saying it was a mistake
We’ve reviewed your account and found that the pricing for your energy plan needs to be updated as there was a change to the way your electricity meter records the electricity that you use. Now that we have updated information about the way your meter is configured, we have determined your new rates.
Recently we sent you a notice stating there had been a change to your electricity plan, and that your meter is now configured for a Time Of Use Tariff structure effective 1st July 2024. Unfortunately, this was sent in error.
There is no change to your current plan and you will remain on a Single Rate Tariff.
