Hi @Sudha - Lester's answer is correct here, the re-energisation fee is charged by your distributor for the first and final read, to cover the cost of energising or de-energising the property, outside of their normal quarterly reading schedule (which they do not charge for).
Any fees your retailer (In this case, AGL) incurs, is passed on to the customer through their invoice.
