Recently switched to AGL but soon after noticed that AGL got the wrong meter NMI. Notified AGL about the right NMI and asked for AGL to remove the wrong meter. AGL proceeded to add the right meter NMI but wrong meter remains. I now see 2 sets of electricity meter consumption + associated costs in my account. I have asked AGL through app chat to remove the wrong meter and was promised that would be done but it continues to remain under the account. Please help. I would not be paying for any charges associated with the wrong meter due to AGL mistake.
