Hi all! I’ve seen this question asked on here a few times. I bought a property last year and had my gas connection established around December 2023. To this day, the app is still showing “Gas connection in progress”. Just wondering whether this is just an error or what can be done to get this resolved. I can’t view usage or any bills as well. thank you!
