Hi!
I tried to submit a read meter for electricity on 30th November 2024, but I couldn't! When I wanted to submit it again, the app did not show the current usage or bill projection. I tried to do it through the website and it says "Service Ineligible". I have no access to the current usage, bill projection or the read meter number. I have talked to several team members of AGL, and they just said to wait 24 hours. I started to talk to them on 1st December 2024, and so far, my problem hasn't been solved. I have a regular old read meter. Thanks!
