Can I have an actual reading at all times?

I would like to have an actual reading at all times.  Can this happen

Hi @PM52 

Yes, you should always receive actual readings, if:

• You have a smart meter
  
  OR:
  
  
• You have a basic meter that is accessible and your local distributor is able to read it every billing cycle 
  
  

OR:

• You have a basic meter and you supply your own self-service meter reads each billing cycle
