Why is my electrify bill so high?

My partner has been away for most of December. I’ve been away in Victoria and northern NSW for 2 weeks.

 

I would expect my electricity bill to decrease but instead, it’s shot up with daily kilowatt usage higher. That’s impossible. This months bill for estimated usage is false and incorrect.

 

When I try to message AGL, the links are broken. AGL is ripping customers off. I am 100% going to explore alternate providers.

You can review your electricity bill carefully to ensure that all the information, including the meter readings and billing period, is accurate. If there are any discrepancies or mistakes, note them down.
