Why is my electrify bill so high?

My partner has been away for most of December. I’ve been away in Victoria and northern NSW for 2 weeks. I would expect my electricity bill to decrease but instead, it’s shot up with daily kilowatt usage higher. That’s impossible. This months bill for estimated usage is false and incorrect. When I try to message AGL, the links are broken. AGL is ripping customers off. I am 100% going to explore alternate providers.
