Which category does laptop/computer use fall under in the Energy Insights report?

Also, If a laptop is completely shutdown, completely charged and the charger is plugged in, is it still using "standby" power, or no power at all?

Also, is charging considered "standby" or just when a device reaches 100%?

Welcome to the Community!

Any computing appliances will fall under the 'Home Entertainment' category. How and when a charger uses energy comes down to the make and model of the device, however typically speaking when a charger is plugged into a power point and then subsequently a device, it will be using drawing power to some degree.
