Which category does laptop/computer use fall under in the Energy Insights report?

Also, If a laptop is completely shutdown, completely charged and the charger is plugged in, is it still using "standby" power, or no power at all?Also, is charging considered "standby" or just when a device reaches 100%?Thanks
