Download usage fails

im trying to download my  electricicity usage so i can look at the payback on a battery however the icon keeps just saying download failed

Unless you can decode the data from the download it will not be of any use to you.

I would suggest you look at previous bills to easily get usable data.

Had a battery installed on the 3rd September and besides the daily supply charge I have not used any power.

By the way I am having the same issue trying to download my data from the site at this moment

This should be resolved now and should be able to download the data.

Thanks Chris, I meant to update this when I downloaded the data at 13:32 (CST).

Processed the file and then started on something else.

I was trying to check plans for daughter earlier, and there was some sort of issue with the website function, so suspect it was wider spread than just data, or the check plans with nmi etc.

Seemed to be sorted by early pm as well.
