Questions and discussions about managing your energy usage and saving money
Has anybody else found the info supplied on the app regarding feed in credits is incorrect.
I have only been with AGL 40 days, but so far the daily info supplied around feed in credits has been wrong 39 times.
Makes managing your bills difficult, when the supplier cannot work out what the cost should be!

Heya @Webbys18 . . .
The AGL app solar chart shows what went through the meter (sold to grid).
Did you take off daily solar production what you used in the home during solar productive hours ?
Their app doesn't record what solar you produced in total, just what they get from data that went through the meter.
Hopefully you used a lot more in the home during the day, that's where the real savings are with solar.
For example, yesterday I produced 71.82kwh, AGL app shows solar export of 60.68kwh.
Thanks for suggestion, but already taken usage into account.
Example, Sat 26/10
generated 42.78
Sold to grid 33.67 equating to$1.85 ( according to app)
feed in rates .10 for first 10. =$1.00
bal .033c i.e 23.67x0.033. =$0.78
Total. $1.78.
every day the app is wrong, usually overstating the amount in $ terms.
Not much use when trying to manage energy costs,if you have to check info being provided by AGL.
Ah, a similar thread appeared a few weeks ago, have a read here, it may help . . .
